About the event
Effective, often simple, and increasingly popular, Qigong (pronounced ‘Chee Gong’) is an ancient exercise that many in the West are now turning to.
Why?
-To promote overall health of mind, body and spirit
-To combat the effects of stress and the modern lifestyle
-To treat diseases ranging from hypertension to cancer
Chinese Traditional Medicine is based on the idea that behind all health problems is a deficiency, blockage or stagnation, or imbalance of Qi, or life force energy.
Qigong (which, in Chinese, means 'Energy work or cultivation’) addresses such problems with the body's natural flow of energy.
